Travel disruptions

Just a quick post – American Airlines has had to cancel all flights to Bolivia until Friday (at the earliest) due to “local contractor issues beyond our control.” El Deber has an article about what’s going on here. Apparently, this is not connected at all to yesterday’s demonstrations in El Alto calling for increased security.

On the anniversary of October 2003, we’ll have to watch and see what happens, but just a heads up for now.
