Opposition leaves the negotiations, or not.

According to the BBC, opposition left in retaliation for the arrest of Pando’s governor Leopoldo Fernandez.
Update: it appears the BBC was wrong and recognized so by modifying the same article to title it “Bolivia opposition agrees to talk”. Still the same link as I posted, but different story!
